If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your SoniX account and select the 'Return Item' option next to your order history.

  Print Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via our return portal.

• 3.
  Pack Item

  Place the device in its original box with all accessories and secure it in a shipping carton.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the device, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
